I’ve talked about macros and mentioned that I work out, but I haven’t gone into too much detail about what my workouts actually are. This week, I finished my twelve-week trainer, (BE) by Ashley Horner. I cannot believe that I actually stuck this out. I’ve started several programs before, but have always fallen just short of finishing. In addition to the Becoming Extraordinary trainer, I also incorporated a six-week supplemental trainer, (SC).I did not take any “before” pictures, so there is nothing to compare. Now that I actually finished the program, I wish I had taken them. This is me during one of my PT sessions. Not the clearest, but it’s a screenshot from a video. My observations are:.
Becoming Extraordinary-Ashley Horner's 90 Day Program has 11,421 members. A group for anyone participating in any of my #BecomingExtraordinary trainers.
I increased my weights on a lot of the exercises. My upper body improved a lot. My lower body improved a little. My quads are starting to pop.

Ashley's Transformation
My mid section remains the same visually, although my strength has improvedSo, now what’s the plan? I’ve skimmed through my purchased programs (I like to buy programs while they’re on sale). I don’t think I want to commit to another 12-week trainer with Christmas around the corner, so I’ve decided on a simple, muscle-building program that was part of a personal training package I purchased with my friend a couple of summers ago. This is labelled as an 18-week trainer, but there are only seven days worth of workouts that are supposed to be repeated for 18 weeks.I don’t think I’d enjoy doing the same workout over and over again for 18 weeks straight. My plan is to keep myself busy until the New Year’s challenges start popping up. Then I’ll have a better idea of what I’ll be doing.Of course, I will still have my once-weekly personal training session. Also, I’d like to add back some hot yoga.

It’s been a while, and I have some passes on my card itching to be used (before they expire).
